Overview:
Premier Dialysis Services is seeking a motivated and dedicated Human Resources Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will support various human resources functions, help our staff navigate problems in the field, and be an active listener. With our planned expansion, there is potential for this part-time position to transition into a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.
- Help staff navigate field-related issues and conflicts, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Act as a liaison for patient success by ensuring staff are well-supported.
- Records and Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records and files in the HRIS system.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements for documentation and record-keeping.
- Benefits Administration:
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and employee inquiries.
- Coordinate with benefit providers and resolve issues as needed.
- Policy Implementation:
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees are informed of and comply with HR policies.
- Training and Development:
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and employee development programs.
- Track employee participation and feedback on training initiatives.
- Performance Reviews:
- Help conduct performance reviews, ensuring constructive feedback and development plans are in place.
- Work with managers to develop employee improvement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- HR Certification: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) required.
Working Conditions:
- This is a part-time position requiring 10 hours per week.
- Flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Some remote work may be possible.
- With company expansion, this position can potentially transition into a full-time role.
